I was referred to Maggie Britvec by my next door neighbor. Her experience living in our local community (Huntington), was paramount when finding a place. She was able to use her experience to identify concerns and flaws (I looked at properties that were built in the 1940's), and was even able to identify properties before they were available on online. With the property market being as 'hot' as it is right now, I can safely say that I was only able to find and close on this place because of Maggie.

As a first time home buyer, I had many concerns, and she was able to address them. Even though I was pre-qualified at one credit union, she politely encouraged me to use a different union, where I was able to secure an even better mortgage. 2) had great contractor connections for fixing the home up to maximize return, she also advised us on color schemes and other materials

3) met with contractors and handled details at the house while we were living out of state

She is great to work with! Always timely in responding and also prompting us when we had action items. We would have sold months later than we did without her help.
